Day 5: Laptop Still Life Sequence

I am back from Pittsburgh and back to work. My girlfriend inspired me for a first sequence that I am posting below:

Day Two - Scanned Sketches

From now on I'll try to scan pictures instead of using my camera (which is really old btw -- Sony Cyber-shot 5.0 -- made in Japan-- bought in 2003 -- still holding) Above is the scanned version of my yesterday's sketch.

More sketches. I was coming up with a better composition yesterday.

Today I was thinking how to paint a bright monitor situated in a dark room. I'm sure very familiar view to many of you out there. Very bad for the eyesight actually.

And finally my second sketch using watercolors. You know, just to get a feel of how it'll look color and tone wise.
